All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for added protection.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your jewelry securely. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with USPS.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
