Hi it's Maria, you may know me from the Elkhart Lake Farmers Market, or other craft shows in Wisconsin! I am the creator and designer behind BAAR.  I started out making Jewelry for myself, and one day decided to start selling my creations thanks to the encouragement of the people around me. I love what I do and can proudly say my passion for Jewelry stems from my family. Growing up I learned to make Jewelry from my Mom. She used to make Jewelry for herself and after I showed interest she wanted to teach me.

What is the return/refund/cancellation policy?

As a small business we can not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for several reasons. Everything is handmade and we are only a team of two. It is our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However there are exceptions if you received broken or faulty items. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

All items are sold with the intention of it being final sale. Please refer to our return/refund policy for more details.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your jewelry material?

We use 14k Gold filled, nickel free, and stainless steel material for all our jewelry unless specified.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer custom orders?

We do offer custom orders, however processing custom orders takes longer. It typically takes us a minimum of 30 days to get your order ready. We make all our jewelry with love and we want you to love it as well. We've done pieces for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, bridesmaids, everyday wear, and more.
