At BAAR Handmade, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Refund for Damaged Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • To process a return, please contact us at baarhandmade@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item.
  • Once we approve the return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer-Caused Damage & Repairs

  • If the jewelry breaks due to customer mishandling or wear and tear, we are happy to offer repair services.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (to and from our facility).
  • Repair fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
